Welcome to the 2024 Spring House Hockey Registration Session with the WEST MICHIGAN ICE DOGS!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

*** PLEASE HAVE YOUR VALID USA HOCKEY NUMBER FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON AVAILABLE ***

Age Range: 2014 - 2016 Birth Years

Spring Season: April 9th - May 7th

Details Information:

Fees: $260 Due at sign-up.

Practice: Tuesday @ 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM 

Games:  1 per week (Game schedule coming soon)

Age Range: 2012 - 2013 Birth Years

Spring Season: April 9th - May 7th

Details Information:

Fees: $260 Due at sign-up.

Practice: Tuesday @ 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM 

Games:  1 per week (Game schedule coming soon)

Age Range: 2010 - 2011 Birth Years

Skills Clinics: Four training sessions

April 23 @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

April 25 @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

April 30 @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

May 2nd @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Fees: $100 Due at sign-up 

*Please note that if your child is younger than the age range, the request to play a level above your age is subject to approval by the West Michigan Ice Dogs/Holland Hockey Association Board of Directors.
